Crystal's education has supported her career working directly with people who feel overwhelmed with the demands of life.

How can I simplify?

How can I love myself?

What is my purpose?

How can I accept what is?

These are the questions that her clients bring to her most often. It is her passion to help them see through their pain and peer into the beauty of what is and who they truly are.

Crystal is an author, coach, and soon-to-be podcast host of the Peace Pod, so stay tuned.

a note from me...

I love my role as mom and wife, but it wasn't always so. I felt underaccomplished and overwhelmed. Raising a child with special needs and a wild baby girl came with so much joy—but also so much want. During those years I also grappled with the pains of my past and feverishly tried to work through the daily emotional toll they claimed. It took me years to appreciate the life that I had and find peace in all parts of my experience. It's been a beautiful journey, and I want to spend the rest of my life helping others find meaning in their circumstances. But not just that—to love themselves because of who they are, not in spite of it. This is a powerful shift and I am here for you if you are ready to experience it.

Now, a few nonsensical tidbits.

  • I homeschool my two children, which is truly the best thing ever and not nearly as scary as many people think it will be.

  • I want all the dogs. If left to my own devices, I would have twelve furry friends to keep me company. And yes, they would sleep in my bed.

  • Bring me a spice cake with cream cheese frosting and you will be my best friend for life.

  • Summer is my favorite time of year. The promise of pools, peaches, and summer gardening get me through the bleak winter months.

  • You will rarely find me at a movie theater, party, or restaurant. Instead, my idea of a good time is a movie at home, take-out pizza, and a game of Scrabble.
