For the better part of my adult life, I have wrestled with my ability to find peace—my days constantly plagued with the questions,

Who am I?
What is my purpose?
Why do I matter?

In my quest to uncover the answers to these uncertainties, I realized I was looking in all the wrong places. I was searching out into the world to understand what only I could uncover. 
 
Along the way, I've learned that millions of people carry these same questions with them, yet they too look externally for answers.

My greatest passion is to help others recognize and address the increasing disharmony they feel within their life and discover the limitless contentment that is possible. ​
